1. There will be a Hair Length Assessment: Before any services are rendered, a stylist will assess your hair length to determine the suitability of the chosen promo.
2. If the chosen promo is deemed unsuitable for your hair length, an additional fee of ₱800 to 1000 will be added to the original promo price. This additional fee covers the increased time, product, and expertise required to service longer or shorter hair. The stylist will explain the reason for the additional charge.

- Book at least a day before through Artistique Salon & Spa's Parlon page: artistique.parlon.ph and indicate "VOUCHER REDEMPTION" on the booking request notes
- All E-Voucher purchases are final. E-Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
- Subject to Parlon’s Terms of Use, Parlon’s Privacy Notice, and Merchant Partner Additional Terms, Redeemer may redeem the E-Voucher within the Validity Period indicated therein by presenting the E-Voucher and a valid government-issued ID.
